Ayesha Aashaki
Founder/Executive Director
Working with youth for over 15+ years, Ayesha began her journey curating her ideal approach to education after her studies at Howard University. It was there that she studied the educational philosophies of W.E.B. DuBois, Booker T. Washington and other prominent figures in African-American educational history. This knowledge led her to the realization that education is not a one size fits all ordeal. Rather, like the uniqueness of each soul incarnated onto this Earth planet, individuals need an educational approach using such methodology. Her genuine love for life and child-like curiosity for all things within her perception affords her the ability to have an expansive knowledge base covering an ever-growing list of subject matter. In addition to her passion and dedication to elevate human consciousness, Ayesha also has over 7+ years as a Naturopathic advisor, assisting all who seek her services. She is currently under the guidance of a Galactic Shamanic Healer to further cultivate her natural abilities as an Energy Healer and assist in unlocking humankind's greatest potential. Her mission is to continue illuminating the beautiful Love and abundant Light of the One Infinite Creator.
Joy Austin
Co-Founder/Director
Joy is one of the founders and directors here at O.N.L.Y. Summer Enrichment Camp. She has over 10+ years of experience as an educator, from teaching as an assistant to leading her own classroom. Her journey began as an early childhood educator and eventually moved to grade-school, fueling her passion to enlighten and motivate the youth even outside of the classroom. Joy received her degree in Early Childhood Education from Cincinnati State, propelling her forward in her pursuit to enrich the lives of her students in a professional setting all the while engaging in recreational activities with youth in her community. As a mother, Joy is aware of the elevated approach to guidance needed that for the next generation. She is determined to create safe spaces for youth to build positive character and strong leadership traits.
